Who you're buying from
Payments are taken by Stripe, who act as our reseller (Merchant of Record) through Stripe Managed Payments. They take the payment, work out and pay any sales tax or VAT, and send your receipt. Straight after paying you come back to this site, where your download is waiting. Stripe's terms apply to the payment itself.
What you get
A digital download (.zip) of the pack shown on its page, under our licence (for use in games only). Prices are in US dollars; tax, if any, is added at checkout before you pay. Nothing physical is sent.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because these are digital files you can download straight away, we don't offer refunds once a purchase is made.
When you buy, you agree that the download is made available immediately, which means the usual 14-day cancellation period for online purchases doesn't apply. If a file is faulty, missing or doesn't match its description, email hello@fleuffstudios.com and we'll fix or replace it. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
Downloads
Your download link works for 30 days after you buy. If you need it again after that, or want an updated version of a pack you've bought, email us with your receipt and we'll send it.
